The Cloud Platform is top-notch, offering a wealth of resources for everyone in my company. The user app is super easy to navigate, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for us during this pandemic. We’ve also set up a couple of Icon 700 room systems, which provide incredible quality with 4k resolution visuals, making it seem like you’re right there in the same space! I’d definitely suggest Lifesize as the best value for a Video Conferencing Solution, no doubt about it!

Not great when it comes to training options. We had to push for some training for our team, and even now, the only thing offered is online video courses.

"These are my go-to for suspension hearings..."
I rely on these for suspension hearings according to NYSED law 3214. The systems fail and don’t connect properly. We’ve been informed that videos that get deleted by mistake can’t be retrieved, which is against the law. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
